On the ground floor the open plan layout provides a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a cozy lounge. The history of the cottage is shown by the exposed original timbers.  The new kitchen provides oven, hob, washing machine and microwave oven as well as the normal equipment to cater for 6 persons. The comfortable lounge has a TV with Video and DVD players and a Hi-fi system.

Leading from the lounge is a comfortably
furnished double bedroom with ample storage
and a bathroom.
